All mission content, simulation engines, scenario databases, and platform code are the exclusive property of YieldOps Academy. The technical content, including semiconductor process descriptions, grading logic, and capstone scenarios, may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to train machine learning models without explicit written consent.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is." YieldOps Academy makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of simulated results, or fitness for any particular purpose. Simulated metrics, grades, and scenarios are educational approximations and do not represent real manufacturing outcomes.
5. Limitation of Liability
YieldOps Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on educational content for real manufacturing decisions.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
