1. Acceptance of Terms & License
By purchasing or accessing YieldOps Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to access the platform and its training missions for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This is a one-time charge and not a recurring subscription. Access to the platform will automatically expire at the end of the six-month term, and extending access requires a new purchase. You may not share your account credentials with anyone else.
2. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Sharing
All platform content, including but not limited to the YieldOps Interview Prep Manual, the Reference Cards, mission scenarios, and platform code, are the exclusive intellectual property of YieldOps Academy. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, reselling, or publicly posting any of these materials on forums, message boards, or any public platforms.
3. Disclaimer of Outcomes
YieldOps Academy is an educational resource designed to prepare candidates for technical interviews. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding job offers, interview performance, or career outcomes. Simulated metrics, interview archetypes, and technical scenarios are educational approximations and do not represent guaranteed real-world manufacturing or hiring results.
4. Refund Policy
Because this product delivers immediate access to highly specialized interview frameworks, technical scripts, and digital training materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a transaction has been completed and the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
5. Limitation of Liability
YieldOps Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including reliance on educational content during actual interviews or in real manufacturing environments.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
